Swansea Road – Planning application 1 rejected

[featured-img] Today we found out that the planning application for the 2 semis we applied for earlier this year was rejected. The basis for the decision was overuse of the land, and lack of parking,. which is sad in this time of sustainable transport.

This was a big surprise to us as the planning consultant reassured us all along the way that what we saw was possible.

Overall the strategy going forward is to drop the plans down to 1 detached property and re-apply. We get 1 re-application with the planning application fee, so we are going with that – as per the consultant’s advice.
